Blue/ white smoke usually means oil is being burnt which isn't great.
Personally I would give the car a good run and see if it clears (in case it is some residue from cleaning the egr), if it doesn't then more diagnosis needed. There are quite a few possibilities including turbo, valves, piston rings to name just some.......
