Shell helix 10/40 semi synthetic.I run all my P80's diesel and petrol on this and all on intergalactic mileage over a 23year period.
Fully Synthetic is a bit of an overkill on these in all honesty as they all date from a time before fancy oil.
Change it at 6k and all is well.
All on original engines and turbo's highest mileage one is 380K.
