In a word, NO. You cannot fit a 19" tyre to an 18" rim. What's happened is the 'online checker' has probably referenced the standard wheel site for your car, but it was optioned differently at purchase. So, for my car, an 18" wheel is standard, but I optioned down to 17".
I suggest you search for the exact 235/60/R18 and see what comes up. It is a very common size.
As for brands, it depends whether you want to pay 'Premium' or not.
Some have recommended the Michelin Latitude Cross.
