I have Tailgate Close Module Version 3 and it was a lot more complicated to install being hard wired into the tailgate loom. This version is an absolute no-brainer, even for cars without auto stop/start just wanting to remote close the tailgate. No point in my upgrading but I really wish the OBD2 socket version had been available when I opted to do the mod. I suppose it's true what they say. Never be an early adopter!
