Only a couple, I thought that's impossible! I believe that Ian writes for several car magazines including Jaguar. I don't think he's a mechanic or engineer by trade, but manages to get through.
Sometimes I get a bit concerned as I would not tackle a job quite the way he does, but I'm a retired engineer in my late 60's with decades of experience and a keen interest in cars since my teens. If I think back, in my early days I would make similar mistakes to Ian,
I'm probably going downhill now, no energy, not the same enthusiasm!
It would be great if you did contact Ian. I'm sure many would be interested.
