I just came across this thread, coincedentaly I phoned Norman last week as I took my battery off to do the cambelt on my 940 and the radio code wasn't wrote down.
Norman was very polite and friendly and once I had supplied v5 photos sent me the radio code.
Couldn't fault the service at all.
