If you go into the delivery tab in the diagnostics menu you can hit the erase all box down the bottom.
If the codes are gone the message will disappear off the dash.
If you still have a turbo pressure fault that needs sorting first.
First thing to check is to see if there are any boost leaks, loose pipe off the egr, or loose pipes to the inter cooler or the pipe out of the turbo resonator and under the sump.
