Scraping
Not an expert at all me, but I have seen on here and other forums that they are designed to touch the inner arches on full lock, yes designed that way, so much so Volvo had to let authorities know to inform mot examiners. This is not your current issue, but it may still touch when completely sorted, so be aware.
