MOT tester here ,
Bottom line IF you delete / cut out /gut a DPF , come test time it will show up on the emissions test , no if's or buts .
A DPF equipped engine MUST NOT show any visible smoke & is pretty much guaranteed to blow in excess of the vehicles plate limit .
I know this because i keep issuing refusal certificates for such modifications
It is also a criminal offence to knowingly remove/ tamper with or operate a vehicle with such modifications . Just wait till you get caught out
