Just an update.
Lockdown caused a load of issues in getting the car sorted. I got the engine just before lockdown but then lockdown happened.
The car was picked up yesterday, as even though the garage has been open for the last 2.5 weeks they had to catch up on everything.
The engine swap is occuring and should have some news soon.
I spoke to Tim Williams during this time who has been a breath of fresh air! The engine swap is having the obvious cambelt change but I've got an uprated D5 oil cooler and a oil pump from an XC90 T6 going in.
Once she is on the road she is going to Tim for the engine shim, intercooler change, ally subframe bush change, TME turbo back exhaust system, Focus RS plugs and Gustav remap.
Hopefully I can share some pictures of the progress on this thread if that holds peoples interest.
