As long as you have the seat back apart, replacing its suspension is a no-brainer.
You might want to consider a wire/spring suspension instead of rubber; similar to the suspension kit for the seat bottom, Swedish Embassy also offers such a mod for the seat back as well.
Very happy with mine.
