The drips appear to be above the join between the roof and the screen, so I can't think that the seal round the windscreen is not sealed correctly. There is enough water sitting in the bottom of the light cluster that it drips through the gaps onto the gearstick, or onto the driver if you are going round a corner! I can only think it is condensation. It has happened once after snow and once after slightly warmer weather (last night) after rain.
Has anyone else had this and found a fix?
Thanks

Windscreen seal is an known issue, a Volvo dealership should be able to fix it for you - I believe the windscreen has to be the original though.
