I'm not so sure they actually existed for a 3 door car, certainly never seen a set but a set for 4/5 door does come up every now and then. You'll probably have to make your own by taking the covers off the 4/5 door seats and adapting them to fit the 3 door seats. I think the major difference is the shape of the rear bench is different, and the catch for the folding front seats.
