If it had it and it's been removed then it shouldn't be too hard to reinstate it. If it didn't have it at all then it's a big job.
You're going to need two holes through the bulk head for a start. Extra pipe work, the bracket for the pump, removing the radiator the metal pipework that runs from the bulk head to the condenser.
For that amount of hassle it would be easier to get a car with it in from the start!
