The device in the roof of the cargo area is the Antenna control module (ATM), an active antenna plus radio receiver combined. It connects direct to the MOST fibre bus and sends the audio as digital audio channels on the MOST bus.
The Antenna control module (ATM) is where the radio reception occurs.
It is the "tuner" within the entire system.
