Had to laugh when i read the title "Do I need elbows"? My first response was they do come in handy when trying to remove your jumper 
Have a look here and here or try a good local motor factor as they some times have carousels with such things. You may also get some in a breakers from cable operated Cruise Control vacuum lines.
