I had an actuator stick on my 2003 D5 i use to have and threw all sorts of sensor codes up. One garage tried to move the actuator and it was stuck solid. Sensors helped a little so may have been faulty also, who knows. I ended up getting the turbo reconditioned, about £600 (a few years back) all in with new oil and filter and a 2 year warranty. I was quoted £1200 new with 1 year warranty. I had a day of work, drove to have it done but still quids in at the end of the day. The place that reconned mine had a mate next door with a garage that did the job but as they work closely I got a quote for the whole job done and paid each seperately. Took about 3 hours in all., saved time waiting on postage of parts to and from and had a nice drive home afterwards.
