Can't comment about that particular product, but I'd want to see the spec. JWS 3309 listed on it; check the back of the can carefully. This is a specification that the fluid meets, rather than just a car manufacturer's code, and is essential for these gearboxes.
Many of us find that Carlube ATF-U is about the cheapest stuff available, and you can even get it at B&Q:
