Actually if you have a read over on the US forums you'll see M66 issues all over the place, it's a clunky whiny mess of a box, unlike the 5 speed M56 of my last car (S40 T4) - That was bulletproof!
Yes, clutch + DMF + release bearings etc, the lot will get replaced.
