Have you had the codes read. Many times simple things like the SIPS airbag triggers the SRS light and all you need is a simple reset. The only time you would need an SRS module, is if you can't reset the SRS codes and you get the dreaded SRS-0001 error. Please note that another reason of why an SRS light may not reset, is if you have a permanent fault with one of the SRS components
