Both My '67 1800s and 220 Estate were dealer equipped with Volvo air conditioners manufactured by Frig-A-King of Dallas, TX. The under dash evaporator for the 1800s above is almost finished being restored including having the adjustable outlet vents re-chromed.

Have done a mock up of the Volvo Competition Services manifolds and Weber carbs and air cleaner this week for the 1800s or 220 and air conditioner mounting brackets. The block and head are for the '68 122s station wagon B18 engine I am rebuilding. Both cars were dealer equipped with Volvo air conditioners manufactured by Frig-A-King of Dallas, TX.

Will be switching to a Sanden compressor as most do with these systems to replace the original Borg Warner two-cylinder unit which has always had vibration issues that lead to cracking the mounting brackets and are also quite noisy.
