I don't really know, but I suspect not. The dealer said that it is extremely rare to have a dual mass flywheel problem in less that 80,000 - 100,000 miles, and that I was extremely unlucky that it did so much damage.
Don't know about the clutch slave cylinder.
Mine is a 1600, which Volvo have now replaced with their own 2000 diesel engine for the D2.
