Firstly, use engine cleaner on the area to clean off all the muck so you can confirm where the leak comes from

I looks like the metal pipe to rubber pipe junction at the PCV valve.

Remove and clean and refit the PCV valve.
You may need to replace it.

As for the engine system service required, that can be one or more of hundreds of possible issues.
Only way to tell is use VIDA and read the codes.
Then go from there.
