I think I’m right in saying that the only differences are potentially a small offset change (negligible), and the later wheels have a smaller centre bore. That means that ideally you’d fit spigot rings when putting P2 wheels on a P3, although in practice they are likely to self-centre on the bolts.
Not to talk myself out of a sale, but I’d be tempted to hang on for some P3 wheels (or some from a P1 - C30, S40, etc - they’ll fit).
