The official correct spec is AW-1. I believe JWS3324 is essentially the same spec, differing by name.
Many fluids are made to the above spec, but have surprisingly high viscosities (owing to the complexity and cost of producing fluids with low viscosity which provide high shear stability) compared with the official Volvo stuff. Look for a low viscosity option, ie with similar spec to the one I linked above, as the gearbox is programmed via the Volvo software to operate with a low viscosity fluid.
