Hi,

I'm new to the forum, hello all. I was hoping someone could help identify the official part name or number of the attached? Temp gauge on car is very erratic, up and down like a yoyo, but car running normal, not over heating and fluids fine. The fan is staying on for a bit after ignition turned off, but I think it's due to this relay or whatever it us being faulty. Had a look around and found wires snapped to whatever the part is on the attached, so wanted to order a new one.

Unfortunately, can't fix the part as it has snapped off wiring Iinside thaT I cant get out.

Also, will it ruin the car if I drive it while this part isn't attached?
