My Energy supplier contract is up for renewal, and current are almost doubling off peak costs
BUT
EDF are offering a go Electric Tariff for electric cars:-
Peak 17.8p per KWH
off 8.01p per KWH
Daily rate 28.60p per day.
But the kicker is they install a smart metre AND OFF PEAK then would be:-
Mon-Fri 9PM-7AM
and ALL WEEKEND IS OFF PEAK COST
That could prove to be a substantial saving for using an electric car, shame it is only a year tariff.
