I can tell you that cng is not an installer so not a trader. He just has some of the bifurcation cars and does a LOT of miles and is collecting spares to keep them going for as long as possible.
He has worked out how to repair the units and has posted up some info on them. He does offer repairing them for others at a price (lot less than new ones used to be). I don't think he needs to register as a trader. However perhaps a clear thread setting out what the deal is would be much better as a service for those with the factory bifuel cars
