Used ones will fail too, maybe.
Your car with a B200F is with a code box at the engine bay. Did you read the fault codes?
At first I would test a new lambda sond.
If you try to be a cheap guy buy a cheap one and buy the right stuff later ( soon ;-) )

I think you "forgot" to post a lot of important things:
Miles?
Modified or not?
Age of fuel?
Filters changed?
Both fuel pumps are running?
Age of spark plugs?
Brand of them?
Brand of distributor cap and age?
Brand of rotor and age?
Brand of leads and age?
With catalyst? If removed: why?
Vacuum leaks?
