Hi all,
Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere already but trying to get a definitive answer.
I'm trying to understand the difference in engines in a 2015 XC70.
The default D5 Auto has the D5244T15 engine with 215hp/325lb ft.
I've come across the D4 AWD Auto with the D5244T12 engine that produces 181hp/310lb ft.
I'm aware the Polestar Optimisation can tune this D4 engine up to 215bhp/325lb ft, ie. to the same level (on paper) as the stock D5.
Can the collective advise if this D4 engine is the same 2.4 twin turbo engine as the D5 but essentially just detuned or are there other differences?
