Interesting reading that. Chasing a boost leak/vac leak myself. My brake pedal feels very hard and my turbo only gives me 2 psi. Have replaced tcv and the majority of the vac lines plus the pcv system.
Then sometimes there seems to be a small misfire then she will give me full boost for a bit.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated
