More issues!

I've noticed a whining noise a few times now but today sussed out where it was coming from when I turned right at a low speed.

It sounds just like a warped brake disc or a sticking caliper but this only happens when turning the wheel right when stationary or moving at low speeds.

Anyone had this before?
