If you go too far the other way, 3rd is great, but 2nd is too short. I reckon you could lock the wheels on my 343 (B200 swap with an M47 and a 3.82:1 from a 1.4 5 speed) with a sharp enough down-shift. Worked nicely for accelleration though...I didn't time it, but based on 'encounters' with cars with known figures (and FWD!), I reckon I might just sneak a 0-60 time in the 7s.
