Cambelt change tips
Hi all,
Mainly aimed at those who have changed their cambelt themselves.
The haynes manual makes reference to the following tools;
9997121 - cylinder block to flywheel (can use 8mm rod not tapered)
9997122 - exhaust camshalf sprocket to cylinder head (can use 8mm drill bit)
I am planning to DIY it and it looks relatively straighforward , however can i use 8mm drill bits for both above?
Also any tips tricks that would be useful to know?
As the AUX belt needs removing it seems sensible to do the AUX belt and tensioner too.
