Hi guys, so I'm stuck with the parking or hand break on, I got a message saying unlock incomplete.

I tried starting and turning it of, moving to drive or reverse or neutral, but nothing seems to release the breake I know it is on because if I put forward and do accelerate a bit the car won't move.

I googled a bit and it says low battery bit that seems weird since the car does everything with battery and starts fine (adjust seat position opens and closes side rear view mirrors, etc...

Is there a way to force the release even for towing purposes?
