Can be stickling caliper, easy to diagnose.
If not - it's the wheel bearing. 99% it's that. They may have been done a few months ago but if you (or your mechanic) bought cheap ones then they don't last even 10% of the life of Volvo or SKF ones. I've made that mistake myself...
