I used to get between 300-370 miles between fill ups of diesel in my MK1 XC90's mainly short trips, 28-33 mpg was about average, better on long runs, if not too heavy footed. I once achieved a 420 mile trip from the North East to Peterborough then on to Sandringham then back to Peterborough and back home and still had an indicated100 miles of fuel left.☺ But round town not very good mpg. 😕
