I'm not sure, I've only had the car since July. In the last few pages there's a guy who says he's on his FOURTH one!
While I'm grateful for the Volvo goodwill contributions, it's still an expensive repair that I could do without. It would probably have been cheaper to blank off the EGR valve and have it remapped by Celtic Tuning to disable the arising warnings.
