The Bosch ones look awful. The mount they provide is about the size of a Funsize Mars bar and they look dreadful by comparison to OEM. I'd recommend Valeo Silencio ones from Euro Car Parts which are identical to the Volvo OEM ones:

They aren't universal and are designed to fit perfectly the arm attachment. £25ish.
