My '19 V60 runs 235 40 19's.. the XC version runs 235 45 19.
I assume the speedo calibration must be slightly different.. can this be put on the normal v60 to run the 45's? (Obviously I would have to check with insurance too)..

yes it needs software and maybe steering stops in the rack , see the volvo accessories web site for wheels for your particular car .
