You've basically got two options to explore:
- Insufficient charge: dodgy battery, failing alternator, lots of short journeys, etc
- Battery drain: faulty alarm, lights left on, use of accessories without the engine running, etc
You could of course have combination of the two.
Good place to begin your diagnosis: check battery voltage with a multimeter with the engine off and running. If the battery is a bit low to start with, put it on charge so you have a good point to start with.
