So incase it helps others, test drove another V60, no torque steer whatsoever, took the sales guy out in mine and agreed it wasn't right. Car been in a couple days and came down to tyres, weirdly when I test drove it , it had two non branded tyres on front that caused it to pull, they changed tyres around but to no avail..
It was pulling to the right on acceleration, they changed just the front wheels this time, started pulling to the left.
Bought new pirellis for the front and put on, dealer supplied. What a difference, no pulling at all and feels way better.. result.
Would never know tyres would cause that..
Still a light vibration at speed but putting that down to balancing..
Again thanks for all the help and advice, finally happy with my new car..
