Your demeanour in the posts you've made is that of a pragmatic and reasonable person - I'd like to think that approaching your meeting in the same way will see you get the outcome you're looking for. It's always worth giving a company a reasonable chance to put their issues right prior to suggesting legal action or increasing your level of assertiveness.
