Sorry to hear this, it is gutting especially when you’ve done so much work on it I’ve seen a few engines on eBay but I found a specialist had one in a damaged xc90 so it is currently being fitted.
Hopefully get it back next week and hope you get yours sorted too and not to expensive either I mirror your advice to anyone who starts to get the tugboat noise or tapping to get it done sooner rather than later.
