To be fair, having spoken to the excellent service manager at Leatherhead Volvo and internet based research, it does seem that vibration problems on our cars could be caused by many different faults. Starting with tyres, wheel balance, brake parts, suspension components to axels, drive shafts and engine mountings. You just have to start with tyres and work your way down the chain, eliminating component by component until you fix it.

Mine is going in on Monday. Fingers crossed they get to the bottom of it.
