Comparing a C70 ride comfort to a Jag's is never a good thing (even a ford based one). Jaguars are renowned for their ride comfort.

C70's are very heavy at the front, requiring a stiff setup and high tyre pressure, the convertible is even worse as it requires stiffer springs. I would suggest the issue is with your spring choice. I changed the factory T5 dynamic springs on my C70 for the comfort option, not great but a vast improvement in ride comfort, though at a handling cost.

If your priority is ride comfort, I would have thought B4 shocks would have been better than the B6
