Picked up hinge from my local Volvo dealer earlier on in the day and fitted tonight, took about 15 minutes in total.
Total cost £6.56
Found it easier to use a panel pin punch to knock the inner pins in on the replacement rather than hold with pliers.
Many thanks to those that take the time to give detailed instructions on how to carry out effective repairs and help keep costs down........... i need to with a S60 T5 that averages 19 mpg (most probably broke due to all those refuelling stops).
