Hi Rastiman,
There is no need for upgrading Windows to Pro. Vida runs fine on Home edition. Your SQL version should also be fine but I will check on that. Is it SQL express you have installed?
The dice + software is £100 delivered, I have one I can post as soon as payment clears.
