I compare the sound spec and quality to vehicle drive trains.
Performance sound is like a Ford 2.0 TDCI diesel engine...Gets the job done well enough. Bit of poke. Doesn't sound amazing.
High Performance sound is like a naturally aspirated BMW 3.0 straight six...Smooth and detailed and packs a nice punch
Premium sound is like the VW twin turbo W12 engine....Completely excessive.
