sounds like one of your big lower engine mounts (front or rear) is worn too. Easy way to find is to get a trolley jack with a piece of wood on it and jack up the engine under the sump.
You'll see which one is shot then. my rear one was separated when I got the car and it felt like the engine was trying to make a break for freedom.
